About this event
Rochester Art Center presents the first public display of selections from its permanent collection since its 75-year anniversary exhibition in 2021. The exhibition brings together 17 works chosen to show a broad cross section of the collection, with special attention to East Asian works and pieces that can only be fully appreciated in person, including Khanh Cong Le’s Forbidden City and George Morrison’s untitled print of wood blocks. Featured artists include Nicholas Africano, Gail W. Bamber, Khanh Cong Le, Winifred Godfrey, Gary Johnson, Eiichi Kotozuka, Alan Larkin, Keith A. Leaman, Mike Lynch, Bernard McNally, George Morrison, Louise Nevelson, William Saltzman, Carol Slade, and Tomikichiro Tokuriki.
