Rochester Art Center presents the first public display of its permanent collection since its 75-year anniversary exhibition in 2021. This exhibition highlights a broad cross section of works selected to showcase pieces that reward close in-person viewing, including art from East Asia and prints with fine detail and subtle materials. It also reflects the museum’s renewed focus on collection care, research, and accessibility, offering a look at works from artists including Nicholas Africano, Gail W. Bamber, Khanh Cong Le, Winifred Godfrey, Gary Johnson, Eiichi Kotozuka, Alan Larkin, Keith A. Leaman, Mike Lynch, Bernard McNally, George Morrison, Louise Nevelson, William Saltzman, Carol Slade, and Tomikichiro Tokuriki.
