About this event
Learn the basics of flower arranging and create your own arrangement in a themed contest guided by Rochester Garden and Flower Club experts. Participants will choose from four design options, work with provided materials, and have their finished arrangements entered into the Flower Show for judging. After judging and awards, the arrangements will be displayed throughout the library.
