Spirit of the St. Croix Art Festival transforms Lakefront Park in Hudson into an art-filled stroll with original work from 80 juried artists, live demos, and strolling entertainment. Produced in partnership with The Phipps Center for the Arts, it brings live talent to the park in an interactive setting, and admission is free.
