Art: Inherited Ground at the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum brings together weaving, painting, and shared observation of land in an intergenerational collaboration between Maggie Thompson (Fond du Lac Ojibwe) and her mother, Peggy Thompson. Using the Arboretum grounds as a common reference, the artists explore two distinct visual languages: Ojibwe floral design and painterly depictions of ground.
