Free parking and free shuttle service are offered from Burnsville Transit Station; the shuttle runs every 15 minutes and drops riders outside the Burnsville Ice Center next to a secure entrance gate.

Free MVTA bus rides run between Burnsville Transit Station (Bay D at 100 East Hwy 13) and the festival grounds, with wheelchair-accessible buses.
