About this event
The Minnesota Renaissance Festival is a unique immersive experience that takes you back, back in time to the days of lords and ladies, knights, jousts and a touch of wizardry and magic. Explore the Fairy Wing Forest and Mermaid Cove, take in a maypole dance, craft a wand or pirate hat, learn to juggle, saddle up on an elephant and much more. Festival runs rain or shine.
Good to know
- Buying a date-specific parking pass in advance can avoid the higher same-day parking fee and the risk of being sent to Park & Ride.
- Guests age 13+ need an adult ticket; guests 65+ need a senior ticket.

Parking
Date-specific parking passes are required to park on the festival grounds; prepaid passes cost $15 plus fees, and same-day parking passes cost $30 plus tax if space is available.
Accessibility
Accessible parking is available in the King’s Gate lot for guests with mobility disabilities, and guests with mobility issues may be dropped off near the front gate. Service dogs are permitted.
Weather
The festival is open rain or shine and does not offer rain checks for inclement weather.
