Toddler Time at the Splash Pool is a swim session for junior splashers ages 4 and under with their caregivers at Lorraine Park in South St. Paul. Family members over age 4 are not permitted in the splash pool during this time. The program runs Monday through Thursday and is $2 per person; guests staying for regular pool hours can pay an additional $3 to reach the daily $5 admission rate.
