About this event
One of my favorite events of the summer – Westwood Hills Trail of Small Wonders celebrates its Opening Day Festival with a grand unveiling of the 2026 trail, butterfly stilt walkers, live music, storytelling, face painting, hands-on art stations, and magic and puppet shows. Visitors are encouraged to dress up as their favorite woodland characters. The Trail of Small Wonders features community-created dwellings for a miniature world of fairies, elves, gnomes and even trolls, artfully hidden along the ADA accessible trails of Westwood Hills Nature Center.
