Dakota Sacred Hoop Walk - Minnesota Landscape Arboretum
Visit the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum for the Dakota Sacred Hoop Walk, an augmented reality art exhibition by Twin Cities digital artist Marlena Myles, a member of the Spirit Lake Dakota tribe. Starting in the Harrison Sculpture Garden, you and your family can walk the grounds, scan stops with the Revelo AR app, and listen to digital images and audio that share Dakota history, culture, and the significance of the land through art and storytelling. This outdoor experience invites you to explore, learn, and connect together in a beautiful Minnesota setting. It is designed for the whole family, with art and education woven through every stop.
