Yoga Sculpt at Union Depot

Join us for an invigorating Monday night yoga sculpt class at Union Depot, designed to tone and sculpt your entire body without the use of weights. Bring along your yoga mat, water, and towel as you engage in a total body workout that emphasizes every major muscle group. Classes take place outdoors on the North Plaza if the weather allows, or in the Waiting Room when necessary. Each session encourages families to participate and enjoy the benefits of fitness together.
