Join us for a rejuvenating evening at Union Depot as you embrace a total body workout designed to tone and sculpt every major muscle group. In this yoga sculpt class, you will flow through postures that challenge your strength without the use of weights. Bring your yoga mat, a bottle of water, and a towel for a comfortable experience.
