You will have the chance to participate in craft-making, meet the Mendota Heights Fire & Police departments to see their vehicles, and engage in fun yard games. Don't forget to capture your Halloween spirit with family photos at the photo booth, and warm up with delicious hot apple cider and snacks. This free event welcomes all ages for a day of festive fun.
