Ecstatic Dance Duluth is a free-form movement gathering set to an 80-minute eclectic playlist that moves from slow to high energy and back down again. Dancers gather on a wood dance floor in a sober, non-guided, non-judgmental space focused on moving to music in whatever way feels right, alongside others doing the same.
