About this event
Join two students and a female astronomer at a local star party for a planetarium show that traces the history of the telescope from Galileo’s modifications to a child’s spyglass to the launch of the NASA/ESA Hubble Space Telescope and the future of astronomy. The program explores 400 years of wonder and discovery in astronomy, and each show is followed by a live presentation of the night sky. Closed captions are available upon request.
