The City of Duluth and Hawk Ridge Bird Observatory host a ribbon cutting for the newly constructed, universally accessible trail at Hawk Ridge Nature Reserve. After the ribbon cutting, attendees can join an HRBO naturalist to walk the new trail and learn about birds, plants, and other species along the route.
