Dune Discovery and Stewardship Day is an open house focused on Lake Superior’s coastal dunes ecosystem, with guided dune walks, activities, demonstrations, presentations, and conversations with scientists and land stewards. Hosted by the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources with support from partnering organizations, it highlights simple local actions that help protect coastal dunes.
